NEEDS ASSESSMENT:
 

Each client completes a Needs Assessment Evaluation in advance of their training session or workshop.  Some questions we may have already answered over the phone, but this process helps to ensure the training program is specifically customized for each individual to meet their needs and goals.

PRE-TRAINING PREPARATION:


The key to achieving results is making the most of the one-on-one training time we have together.  We conduct extensive research beforehand on your business, your history and your industry so that we can get right to work when we meet in person​.  This helps us develop questions specific to the company we're working with and use examples from the client's industry.  

INCLUDED IN ALL PERSONALIZED PROGRAMS:
  • Preparation: We prepare for every client in advance of the session bringing you a customized presentation including individualized mock interview questions and research about your organization and industry

  • Equipment: All interviews are done with a professional camera, tripod, light(s), other necessary equipment

PREPARED:



Through our media research, we share real life case studies of winning and losing media appearances and communications campaigns.  You see for yourself how preparedness with the media or lack of can reap rewards or quickly lead to crisis communications.  Part of being prepared is being a true interviewee.  It is important to be an authentic storyteller backed up by facts. You never know what kind of data or quotes might be unexpectedly thrown into the interview.  It's essential to be prepared for what you want to discuss as well as what your media outlet may want to discuss.  Each party often has varying agendas.  This happens on a daily basis in the media.  

 
POLISHED:

We carefully plan out messaging and how to segue between your talking points.  You will be able to deliver carefully crafted :10 sound bites during your interviews.  You will participate in mock interviews throughout the training demonstrating challenging personalities and unexpected turns of events that happen so often in the media.  This process will help you gracefully navigate your way through all types of interviews.

PERSONABLE:

It is important to be yourself with the media.  We work with you to feel at ease, be authentic and energized for every media opportunity.  We teach you how you can love every media opportunity you walk into.  These are exciting moments that can have a major impact on you and your business.  If you are enjoying what you're doing the camera will translate that.
